Be ye holy- I Peter 1:15; “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation.”

Be ye ready to give a reason – I Pet. 3:15; “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.”

Be swift to hear – James 1:19; “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.”

Be ye imitators of those who have run or are running a successful race – I Cor. 11:1; Paul said, “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.”

Be ye doers of the word. – James 1:22; “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.”

Be ye steadfast – I Cor. 15:58; “Be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

Be ye thankful – Col. 3:15; “And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.”

Be ye ready and prepared unto every good work – Tit. 3:1; “Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work.”

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath – Eph. 4:26.

Be ye kind one to another – Eph. 4:32; “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.”

Be of the same mind – Phil. 2:2; “Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.”

Be slow to speak, slow to wrath – James 1:19; “Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:”

Be wise – Matt. 10:16; “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”

Be strong in the Lord. Eph. 6:10; “Finally, by brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”

Be thou faithful unto death – Rev. 2:10; “Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulations ten days; be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.”

God’s Word

2 Tim 2:7-13 NKJV

“7 Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things.

8 Remember that Jesus Christ, of the seed of David, was raised from the dead according to my gospel,

9 for which I suffer trouble as an evildoer, even to the point of chains; but the word of God is not chained.

10 Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

11 This is a faithful saying:

For if we died with Him,

We shall also live with Him.

   12 If we endure,

We shall also reign with Him.

        If we deny Him,

              He also will deny us.

   13 If we are faithless,

              He remains faithful;

        He cannot deny Himself.”
