About Tom Hodge

Brother Hodge was born June 7,1952 at the U.S. Army Base, Aberdeen, MD.  He was raised in Opelika, AL, baptized September 1964, and a member of 10th Street Church of Christ in Opelika.

Brother Hodge attended Auburn University from 1970-1972, majoring in wildlife management.  In 1974 he graduated from Alabama Christian College in Montgomery AL, and in 1976 he graduated from Alabama Christian School of Religion (also in Montgomery) with a B.A. in Bible.

He has been married to Pam (Young) of Florence, AL since March 1975.  He has 2 daughters:  Anna (Hodge) Sanders, Columbia, SC and Amy (Hodge) Stigers, Killeen, TX.

Brother Hodge has been a full time gospel preacher since 1976.  Before coming to East Gadsden he preached at congregations in Abbeville, AL; Lexington, VA; Lynchburg, VA; Christiansburg, VA; and Columbus, GA.

He has participated in several mission trips to the Ukraine, and served as Director at Virginia Christian Camp and Pine Mountain Bible Camp.
